In-Studio Yoga Classes
3 Class Yoga Pass- In Studio
Individualized yoga session package of 3 classes. With a 3 class yoga pass, students will experience 3 yoga classes, ranging from Restorative Therapeutic yoga classes to chair yoga classes. Yoga classes sooth the nervous system and builds body/mind awareness. There is no time limit in the usage of the yoga class pass-in studio. There is also no charge for use of props in-studio. Yoga class locations is at 6446 State Route 179, Suite 204, in Sedona, AZ.
60 Minute Yoga Class- In Studio
In a 60 minute yoga class, students will experience holding restorative, therapeutic yoga poses for 4-6 minutes. Students will use props such as blocks, bolsters, straps, chairs, and blankets. Class culminates with a meditation practice. Class sooth the nervous system and builds body/mind awareness. The location of the yoga class is 6446 State Route 179, Suite 204, in Sedona, Arizona.

Restorative Therapeutic Yoga & Meditation Class with Ana- Online
